A proposal called Permission Delegation, which lets XRP accounts give out limited access instead of full control, picked up 15 new yes votes in just 10 days. All this good news runs into a wall between $1.49 and $1.54, a zone that’s turned XRP back more than once already. If XRP can break through, close above it, and hold there, that opens the door to more upside. If it gets rejected again, expect more sideways chop, with $1.30, $1.20, and $1.10 as the next levels to watch on the way down.
