Binance’s corporate referral program allows institutions to earn rebates or commissions by routing trading flow via its infrastructure. Learn the specifics.

Binance has outlined how institutions and corporate clients can participate in its referral program, offering a unique opportunity to earn rebates or commissions by routing trading flow through its infrastructure. Known for its extensive suite of products, Binance’s corporate referral program is distinct from its standard consumer referral initiatives.

For corporate clients, Binance offers tailored solutions such as Link & Trade, Exchange Link, and Crypto-as-a-Service. These programs enable institutional partners to integrate Binance’s trading infrastructure directly into their platforms via APIs. This includes features like real-time rebate tracking, allowing for seamless management of commission structures. Unlike retail referral programs, corporate partnerships typically operate under bespoke commercial agreements rather than the standardized tier system applied to individual users.

Corporate referrals differ significantly from the standard Referral Pro, which primarily targets retail users. Under Referral Pro, users can earn commissions ranging from 20% to 50% of trading fees, dependent on trading volume and the number of referred users. Conversely, corporate programs focus on large-scale trading flow, with commissions calculated based on net fees after deducting market-maker rebates. Importantly, the changes Binance implemented in April and May 2026—shifting to net fees for Spot and Futures referrals—do not apply to corporate programs like Crypto-as-a-Service or Link & Trade.

Institutional referrers benefit from a deep integration with Binance’s infrastructure, enabling them to tap into the platform’s liquidity and trading capabilities. For example, corporate partners can onboard users directly through their systems while earning a share of the trading activity generated. This enterprise-centric approach allows for greater scalability compared to retail referral links.

Tokenmetrics

Despite the significant opportunities, these programs demand a more robust operational setup from participants. Corporate partners must manage API integrations and ensure compliance with Binance’s commercial terms. Moreover, Binance’s emphasis on speed and autonomy means that institutional partners are expected to handle the complexities of high-frequency trading and dynamic market conditions.

For firms considering participation, this referral model offers potential for substantial revenue generation, especially for those with access to high-volume traders or a large user base. However, success requires a blend of technical expertise, operational capacity, and a proactive approach to navigating Binance’s fast-paced environment.

As Binance continues to refine its referral programs, corporate clients stand to benefit from its growing ecosystem and market reach. For firms prepared to invest in the necessary infrastructure, the rewards could be significant.
